Dr. Dre mentions working with K.A.A.N. in recent interview with LL Cool J

Dr. Dre sat down with LL COOL J for an exclusive interview on LL COOL J’s SiriusXM channel, Rock The Bells Radio (Ch. 43), for the series The Influence of Hip-Hop.

Throughout the interview, Dr. Dre talks about falling in love with music during his early life in Compton, producing the song “Boyz-n-the-Hood” with Eazy-E, being a member of N.W.A, meeting and working with a young Snoop Dogg, and last but not least, his current work with K.A.A.N.

Around 1:14:00 into the interview, he mentions his excitement about collaborating with the Maryland born / Los Angeles based artist, K.A.A.N., revealing that they have already recorded a couple dozens songs!

“I want my work to talk for me, and hopefully the way I’m carrying myself and what I’m doing can be an inspiration,” he tells LL. “That’s my main objective.”
